Exclusively for adults, the caravan and motorhome site is located on the Old Orchard and offers generous space for each pitch, with coarse fishing on site.
Based near the Yorkshire coast and moors, Our rural location makes us an ideal destination for relaxing and wildlife watching.
For those who like to venture to the Yorkshire coast, we are within perfect reach of Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey and Whitby. All known for their individual charms – as well as the finest fish and chips!
Each pitch includes electric hook-up (16 amp) and toilet facilities, fresh water, waste disposal and battery charging are provided for all guests.

Tariff based on one caravan with two persons. Additional persons are charged £2 per person per night.
Fishing is available on site at extra charge.
We welcome well-behaved dogs but these must be closely supervised on-site. For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, Brooklands is an adults-only site; all visitors must be 16 or over.
Terms of Booking
No refunds within 15 days of arrival date.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
